A proud daughter of Haiti
Biography
Pascale Belony is a proud daughter of Haiti, a registered nurse, international speaker, and emcee whose life is anchored in faith, service, and impact. Born and raised in Cap-Haitien, Pascale left her homeland at twelve as a refugee. That transition shaped her understanding of resilience and identity.
A cum laude graduate of the University of Florida, she holds degrees in Health Education and Nursing with a deep conviction: healthcare is a human right. As a Registered Nurse, she walks alongside patients during the most vulnerable and sacred moments of their lives. Her practice is grounded in equity, compassion, and excellence.
Pascale's love for Haiti lives in action. A founding member and now board director of P4H Global, she has mobilized hundreds of university students for service missions and led health education initiatives across Cap-Haitien. She also serves on the board of MamaBaby Haiti, championing maternal health and access to quality care for mothers.
In 2021, Pascale made history as the first Haitian woman semifinalist at Miss Supranational, earning the title of Miss Supranational Caribbean and Haiti's first-ever crown in the competition's history. She then represented her country at the 70th Miss Universe competition as Miss Universe Haiti 2021.
A sought-after host, speaker, and panelist, she has lent her voice to the Haitian Community Alliance, Men in Business Excellence Awards, Miss Haiti Florida Pageant, and University of Florida Black Alumni Homecoming.
Honors: University of Florida 40 Under 40 Award (selected from 500,000+ alumni) and Top 20 Under 40 Young Professional by the Haitian-American Chamber of Commerce of Florida.
