P4H Global (Partners for Haiti) is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering communities in Haiti through education, healthcare, and sustainable development. Pascale is a founding member and current board director.
Over the years, she has mobilized hundreds of university students for service missions to Cap-Haitien, her hometown. These missions focus on health education, community engagement, and building genuine connections between the diaspora and local populations.
For Pascale, P4H is personal. It represents the bridge between where she comes from and the impact she is determined to make.

MamaBaby Haiti works to reduce maternal and infant mortality through midwifery education, skilled birth attendant training, and access to quality prenatal and postnatal care in Haiti.
As a registered nurse and board member, Pascale brings clinical expertise and lived understanding of the Haitian healthcare landscape. She champions the mission of ensuring every mother and child has access to safe, dignified care.
Maternal health is not a distant cause for Pascale. It is a reflection of her core belief: healthcare is a human right, not a privilege.
